2nd Bite Farm uses regenerative farming to improve soil health and sustainability. Pasture-raised pigs, chickens, and hens have access to open land, foraging on grass, insects, and non-GMO feed. Pigs are rotated through hedgerows to naturally clear undergrowth and fertilize the soil. Eggs come from hens with continuous access to fresh grass, and chickens live outdoors from a young age. Honey is harvested only from surplus nectar, left unheated and unfiltered. Sourdough loaves use locally milled flour from the Finger Lakes region.

Offerings

The farm sells pasture-raised pork, chicken, and eggs, along with honey and artisan sourdough bread. Chicken products include whole birds, thighs, and boneless breasts, while pork is available as bacon and ham cured without synthetic nitrates. Honey varies by season and flower source, and sourdough is baked fresh for market days.

Visiting & Buying

Customers can order online for farm pickup, with flexible scheduling options. Delivery is available through multiple farmer's markets, including Painted Post, Bath, Corning, and Point of the Bluff Vineyard markets. The farm also offers product bundles for bulk purchases, such as winter stockpiles of chicken and pork.
