The most amazing pork we have ever had. They also have a great seletion of salami's, and freshly laid eggs. Now they have added lamb to their selection of natural raised products. Happy that we can also order online when they aren't at the Saint Michael farmer's market on Saturday. You have to do yourself a favor and try all their products. I promise you that you will come back for more and put them on your shopping list.

My goodness y'all, this little local family farm is the absolute best!!! From their fresh eggs, to their incredible salami meats, chicken & that Mangalista artisan bacon...The only true word I have to describe, is OMG 😍 The quality, the freshness and it's all filled with love you can taste, this little family farm not only has my business, but my heart as well. The chicken from 840 Farm is amazing! I picked up a package of thighs last week, cooked and served them to my family without disclosing the origin. After the first bite, my husband said, “This chicken is so fresh. Where did you get it?” Needless to say, I went back to Saint Michael’s Farmers Market and picked up more this weekend. I am forever hooked! Thanks 840 Farm!!!

I absolutely love this little family owned farm for its many tasty products and the warmth you feel from the owners. Personal favorites are bone in pork chops, bone in ham, PORK SHOULDER! Not to mention many charcuterie products. And don’t forget your bacon and eggs ! Know your farmer !
Something pretty cool happened today. I received my first order from 840 Farm - two boneless chops and a pack of sausage. In fact, Jay (the owner) showed up at my door to deliver them personally! I can tell he cares a lot about his business and producing a quality product. I had so many questions about Mangalitsa pigs and how to cook these chops. Jay was nice enough to spend a few minutes sharing with me his story, info on his farm and pigs, and even how to prepare them.These chops look great, can’t wait to eat them! Also, he told me he regularly attends the St. Michaels Farmers Market in Dallas - in Preston Center shopping area. I’m sure I’ll buy more from him there.
