It is extremely important to never be dishonest And make up stories for personal gain or to cover up the truth. I'm very disappointed. I always try to do business with local Small businesses But I will not tolerate a liar.
Great products, great prices and the service was awesome. I will shop here always. My family found this ti be an extremely clean business

I met Angela at the Dallas Farmers Market. I’ve recently gone down a rabbit hole of chicken processing and the amount of “green washing,” misleading labeling of terms like “free-range,” “pasture raised,” etc. as well as the treatment and living conditions of chickens sold at many of these for-scale grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Needless to say, I had a lot of questions for Angela about her poultry and I really appreciated the time and detail she took to explain how her chickens were raised, what they were fed, and how they were processed. You can tell she’s passionate about this new generation of humane farming. So I purchased 3 pounds of chicken breast. Yes, it’s pricier, no doubt - but it takes time and money to do it right/humanely and develop a superior product. Full disclosure: I haven’t cooked the chicken yet so this is more of an account of Angela and her passion, patience, and transparency. Thanks for taking the time, Angela!
