360 Farms uses regenerative agriculture, avoiding herbicides and pesticides to restore native habitats for pollinators. They focus on soil health, believing good soil yields better nutrition. All elderberries are grown without synthetic chemicals, with products processed on-site through shade-drying, flash-freezing, or careful harvesting. The farm emphasizes hands-on production, managing every step from growing to packaging.

Offerings

The farm produces elderberry wine, elderflower wine, and wellness products. A reusable stainless steel tea infuser is available to avoid toxic chemicals in tea bags. Their products are crafted, bottled, and aged on the farm without co-processors or fulfillment companies. They also sell elderberry-based goods directly to customers, ensuring quality control.

Visiting

The farm store and winery are open Thursday through Saturday, 10:00–6:00. Tours and visits are available by appointment for individuals or groups interested in elderberry farming, aquaponics, or regenerative agriculture. The farm is part of the Oklahoma Agritourism Association and hosts school and gardening groups.

Products are sold directly through the farm store, with no middlemen. Customers can purchase elderberry wines, wellness products, and the reusable tea infuser. History

Brent and Valerie’s journey began with shared roots in Oklahoma and a passion for science and nature. Brent, mentored in FFA and named an Oklahoma State Farmer in 1976, and Valerie, with degrees in Special Education and Science, combine their expertise in regenerative farming. After decades of career changes, they returned to Oklahoma to manage a regenerative farm, restoring native ecology while producing elderberry products.
