3V Cattle follows four principles to raise beef:

• Pasture-Only Feeding: Animals are raised exclusively on pasture, never confined or fed grain, even during finishing.
• Humane Treatment: No implants, antibiotics, steroids, or hormones. Vaccinations and branding are avoided; ear tags suffice.
• Source-Verified: Animals are raised on the farm, ensuring full traceability of their history.
• Customer-Centric: Products are never offered that the family wouldn’t consume themselves. Relationships with buyers are prioritized over sales.

Offerings

The farm provides a wide range of beef cuts and products, including ground beef, patties, sausages (original and green chile), chili meat, stew, brisket, bacon, and roasts. All products are pasture-raised and free from drugs. Additional items like lamb, pork, and gourmet sausages are also available.

Visiting & Buying

There is no need to register on the website. Customers email carnivore@paidom.com to join a delivery list for their area. Orders are placed via email, with invoices sent a day before delivery. This system avoids the complexities of website-based ordering and ensures a streamlined process for buyers.

Location Notes

Delivery spans over 50 buying clubs in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Customers must email to confirm their location and provide a cell number for contact during deliveries.

History

Founded in 1994, the Birkenfeld family pioneered grass-fed meat production in the region. Growth came through word-of-mouth trust rather than advertising, emphasizing quality and customer relationships over sales tactics.
