Visiting the Ranch

Ranch tours are available on select Thursdays, offering a firsthand look at their practices. Visitors can observe holistic grazing techniques, meet the animals, and learn about land restoration efforts. Tours are free and provide transparency into their operations.

How to Buy

Orders can be placed through Field & Cattle. Pickup options include the ranch (Monday), Millcreek (Tuesday), and Park City Farmer’s Market (Wednesday). Delivery is available to most of Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake County for a fee. All options are selected during the ordering process.

Founded in 2020 by three partners—Mitch, James, and McKinley—the ranch began with a shared commitment to sustainable land practices. Their journey started with a chance conversation about environmental impact and a Soil Health Academy workshop, leading to the purchase of their first livestock. They now focus on healing land through holistic practices, building topsoil, and producing nutrient-dense food.
