Practices

123 Farm follows strict organic farming methods, certified by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). They use natural spring water from surrounding hills, avoid pesticides and artificial fertilizers, and hand-harvest lavender and olives. Discarded herbs are composted, and wildlife coexists freely with crops due to lavender's natural deterrent properties.

Offerings

The farm produces a range of organic products, including lavender-infused honey, syrup, and sugar, as well as skincare items like essential oils, body lotions, face masks, and candles. They also press extra virgin olive oil from century-old groves, available in small batches.

Location

Located on a 2400-acre property in San Gorgonio Pass, southern California, the farm sits on the historic Highland Springs Resort. Originally a three-story hotel built for early railroad passengers in the late 1800s, the resort later became a health resort in 1927 under Fred and William Hirsch. Today, the land emphasizes organic farming and historical preservation.

123 Farm hosts multiple annual events, including the Lavender Festival (June-July), Community Olive Picking, Tea Nights, Sourdough Bread Festival, and music festivals. These events showcase the farm's products and offer visitors a chance to experience the land firsthand.
