Maybe they are the only one butcher in town. They are very nice and hand cut organic beef is wonderful. I strongly recommend them. All of us very happy to had steaks. Thank you so much!

Today was our first time stopping in to check this place out! We purchased 2 of the most beautiful and high-quality ribeyes we have ever seen. They were amazing and the price was extremely reasonable for such high quality meat. We put them on the grill today and they were fantastic. Very good quality meat. So far, I tried New York strip and it was tender and delicious. I am planning to come back.

My boyfriend and I stopped in a couple weeks back for a few steaks! 🥩 Man, are we glad we did! We got 1 inch steaks and they were huge! The marbleization and the tenderness of the meat was so delicious! 🤤 The taste was so good. And let’s talk about the service! Stopped by yesterday for a London broil and ended up leaving with a bunch of steaks. They were the best steaks we’ve ever had! The owner, Billy, was one of the nicest people I’ve met during our month here in Hurricane. He has such a joyful disposition and an obvious love for life. It was such a pleasure chatting with him and we will absolutely be back for more steaks before we leave Utah this weekend. Would highly recommend this place to anyone-especially if you are the type that doesn’t want meat pumped full of garbage. And the prices are more than fair!

Not only is this the best meat we’ve ever had the prices are great and the owner and workers are some of the kindest most generous people we have ever met!! So grateful for these awesome guys and amazing products!

It is nice to have a butcher shop in Hurricane. I needed some pork fat to add to my Elk brats. They went to their other store and had it to me in a couple of hours. It was good, clean, rendered fat, and made really good brats. I will definitely use them again. It was also very clean and organized.

Was camping near them. Got some stakes from them. And they one of the best stakes ever. On the way home went and got 2 big boxes of stakes, burgers and ground beef. Every dish with their ground beef tastes so much better. I wish they had a store near me.

Such a clean shop and the gentleman behind the counter were so helpful and knowledgeable! I asked for the steaks to be cut bite size and they were so obliging! I'm so happy to have a butcher shop here in Hurricane and one that cares about the quality of the meat as well :) Highly recommend

If you haven’t been to the Zion meat market in Hurricane you are MISSING OUT!! They have a great selection. Owner is great and helpful when selecting a great piece of meat. Best of all great prices! You gotta get over there and check it out!

We stopped while on vacation for ribeyes on the grill Don't miss this place. Phenomenal grass fed beef. We will tell everyone we know to stop at this shop.

Most excellent locally owned, raised and butchered meat. Hormone free, antibiotic free and processed in an FDA certified modern facility. Don't know if if it gets any better anywhere. This is the place to get beef.
