They have a vast array of items to choose from. Among my favorites is the beef filets, roasts, bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, dried polish sausage, bratts, pre-made spaghetti sauce, BBQ shredded pork, chicken pot pies, lots of shelf items too. One of the yummiest things here is their own, smoked salmon dip. 😋 The owners are the nicest people you will ever "meat"!

Great local spot to grab a high quality dog. Stuart will grill you a dog, give expert butcher/chef’s advice, and all around be a great neighbor.

I bought a 16oz New York strip and cooked it expecting to hate it so I can blast their prices here. I only used salt, pepper and lemon and cooked it medium rare. It was absolutely delicious. It cut easily and was extremely juicy. I have bought meat before and while it seems a bit pricey, you definitely get a quality cut of meat from people who know their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for that special dinner cut of meat.

What a great butcher shop. The best products you can buy and a very friendly professional staff. Anyone who likes meats of any kind I highly recommend Zier's. Well worth the trip!! I will be back again soon!!

Such a great experience! I recently tried Zier's for ground beef (needed it triple ground which they were able to provide) and a boneless pork shoulder. Both turned out amazing. With the recent Amazon take over of Whole Foods we noticed their meats have really gone down hill (awful steaks this summer, 2 bad pork shoulders and an awful holiday ham.) So we are so glad to have found Zier's! Thank you!

Pricy but proper butcher and purveyor of carnivore and grillable products. Nice folks. Terrific variety. They sell food from a sidewalk cart on weekends. I get great charcoal and a variety of smoking wood chips there regularly.

The woman helping me was so excited describing the ground chicken burgers, and she’s right, super tasty, 20 minute slow grilled after searing them for a few, right from the freezer after work. Please don’t buy them all before we restock! Thanks!!!!

Very unwelcoming. $15 minimum purchase for credit card users. I'm all for supporting Mom & Pops businesses though I didn't feel as if my business was appreciated.
