The absolute worst. Shorted me on my meat with a 63% recovery rate. When questioned about it said they would make it up to me. Never did. Got my bacon and hams back from them so salty that they were almost inedible. When I complained about that I was told that no one else complained so it must just be me. However, one of my customers said the same thing. This level of service is so far below average that I can’t even think of words for it!!
I bought half a beef from a well known ranch who in my opinion gets 5 stars. The problem I ran into was the way valley meats high graded my cut pack. when I picked up the order I was about 17-20 lbs of meat short of what it should have been. In the Pic I provided is one of the "good" packs of t- bones,they were all the worst of the cut.They kept enuf of my meat to sell in there store and double the price I paid just to have them cut it and wrap it. The cut and wrap job was not done very well either. I will never have anything done there again and when I talked to the rancher they said they will not be using them as often in the future also!
I will never do business with Wynooche Valley Meats. I recently received my bacon back from them and all of it is inedible due to it being extremely over salted. When I called to complain not a single person there apologized. In fact I was told they would not refund the money I spent on this, and even has the audacity to tell me I could drive one package of bacon to them to test it, when I told them that was not an option due to the long distance drive they gave no other options on fixing this massive mistake and ended the conversation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I've taken several deer and elk here to be processed. The meat is always wrapped and labeled well and of great quality. Super clean and super friendly! All around a great experience.

I don’t like giving negative reviews, and I’ve debated giving one. But, about 2 years ago, I had my steer processed at Wynoochee Valley Meats.I wanted two steaks per package. For the most part, there were two steaks. However, the problem was one steak was twice the length of the other steak. However that happens I don’t know. In some packages there were even three steaks, one being the size of two. Well tonight, opened up a package, and there was one steak, but it was the size of two. Not sure what was going on with whoever was cutting the meat, but they did a terrible job. I also raise my beef the same way every year. Same way of feeding and such. Not sure what happened, but most of the steaks were tough and tasted quite a bit different than what it normally does. My son and daughter in law who has always ate the beef I raised decided to buy store bought or elsewhere. That’s how bad it was.I didn’t weigh my meat, although I wished I had. Needless to say I won’t be taking my beef there anymore.
