Woodview Acres, LLC is a local family farm that focuses on providing healthy food options, including grassfed A2A2 milk, pastured eggs, and meats. They emphasize animal welfare by feeding their livestock high-quality pasture and non-GMO feed. The farm operates a herdshare program, allowing customers to legally obtain fresh milk from their cows.
This milk saved my health! I truly believe this. The pasture raised cows are free from drugs - clean milk, clean meat. The Troyer's are wonderful people. I was driving by their farm one day and called out of the blue. Delbert gave me an impromptu tour of the farm so I could see the operation. This just sealed the deal for me. It showed me how incredibly honest and hard working they are. I am so grateful for the pick-up location - Third Day Farm in Walkerton. I would be remiss if I didn't put a plug in for them as well! It was through Third Day Farm that I found Woodview Acres. I am so thankful for both. We have been blessed to have such awesome providers in our area.
I have a herdshare from Woodview Acres farm and find the grass-fed A2A2 raw milk to be incomparable in quality. We've recently made homemade kefir and yogurt from the milk; sour cream and butter from the cream. (There's quite a bit you can skim off the top of the milk after it sits for a day.) It's so hard to source the best quality ingredients and I'm so grateful they have a pick-up location in my area. It is run by a very nice family that cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend them!
I know if I put this out there I might have a hard time getting their whole milk yogurt, so here it is. I have tried a lot of makers of yogurt I find that Woodview’s is by far the best. They add fruit which takes it over the top. Our family only buys Woodview Acres.
These folks produce excellent milk, heavy cream yogurt and eggs. We love their food!
We love our fresh milk from our herd share! I drive from Elkhart, and they graciously allow me to pickup for two weeks at a time, saving me half the driving. In the cute, little farm store, we love to buy fresh yogurt and eggs.
