You must try the sirloin patties which is not their regular ground beef, but leftovers that are notches above. Steaks are fantastic. Yes, cost more than grocery meat but you are getting top of the line products. They also have milk, ice cream and Cajun selections. Lady who works there is really nice and will give you good advice.
If you are not there right away after she restocks choices are limited. I will say this: Chuck roasts are awesome. Ground sirloin lean and really good. Steaks are way over price but so worth it. If you cook them properly you don't need a knife. The flavor is great.
This beef is better, fresher, and tastier than mail order beef. Plus, local folks that are salt of the earth kind of people. Every kind of cut I’ve bought has come out fork tender.
