I was so excited to find out about the goats + yoga at Alto Vineyards. I registered or so I thought for Feb 1 at Alto Vineyards session. A friend who was going to go with me asked if we driving to Pleasant Plains for the event. I then realized that I had registered for the Feb 8 session which is being held in Pleasant Plains which is about a 2 hour drive. I called and left a message (1/17/25) at the number listed on the website. No one called me back. I sent a text message 1/21/25. I had not asked for a refund I just wanted to transfer to the session that is 10 minutes away instead of 2 hours. The contact sent me a message and said basically that there are no refunds and she wouldn't transfer the money I paid to the Feb 1 session. When the contact texted me tonight, I was informed that there were 4 spaces left. I was also suggested to pay another $45.00 to attend the session at Alto. She adamantly refused to switch me to the Feb 1 session. She also said that there were no refunds.
Responded to an ad I had posted regarding looking for a loving pet home for my animal. We Made plans for her to pick him Up on Sunday. She also assured me they had a petting zoo where he would have a great home. As the pickup day approached I had asked her to please let me know if she changed her mind, because I had other good homes Interested. Sunday came, and NOTHING, no text, no phone call, NOTHING.. I don’t normally like to write bad reviews, it’s not who I am, but it was very inconsiderate and disrespectful for her to do, and is that’s how she runs her business, I have no desire to visit. It takes secs to text someone these days, there is NO EXCUSE. After all is said and done, while visiting her farm page, I see she raises sheep for meat, and I don’t want that for him. I feel their establishment is based on lies. He also deserves a 5 STAR home, not a 3 star one. Baaaa...bye!
I ordered from Willow City online. I never received my bundle, never received a refund, called and emailed them multiple times. I even complained to the BBB. I don't know how these people are still in business.
