Outstanding quality and value! I’m always struggling with poultry processing— our closest place is Munsells’s which is great but cost prohibitive. Everyplace else is a good 90+ minutes from our farm in Wayne county, Wilcox included, but the quality of the work they did with our heritage turkeys made it worth the extra drive! I especially like that they package the neck and giblets separately so that customers who don’t want them don’t have to take them (more for me!). They were extremely friendly and accommodating, at a great price.
