These are the Greatest processors in East Texas, they have taken care of me more than once, always packaging my venison, very well, and love how the hamburger is packed flat, stacks easier in the freezer, and I have them add the green onion and garlic to it, makes the flavor stand out when cooked,and the smoked summer sausage, is off the chain. We've been with them for A WHILE. Amy and her staff are always friendly and nice. When it comes to processing, she has her own recipes that stand out. We wouldn't use anyone else.
