Delicious grass-fed and finished beef from a local family-run farm that is committed to regenerative agriculture! I feel so lucky to have Whiteside Ranch in our community and it is a joy to be able to support them. The ordering process is simple and easy, and I love having our basement freezer full of nutrient-dense beef to feed us throughout the year. Great family farm with the best local ground beef, short ribs, etc. Patrick and Courtney are friendly and accommodating. Awhile ago, we stocked the freezer with 1/4 beef and will do so again in the future. It's important to us to support local and humanely raised products. The beef we purchased was processed at Fred's Village Market in Waunakee WI - the market also does a great job. Thanks Whiteside Ranch for your hard work, dedication, and conscientiousness.
I could not be happier with high-quality meat provided by Whiteside Ranch. This is not my first grass-finished beef cow. However, it is the best tasting beef I've had the pleasure of enjoying, and at an amazing price point. Burgers, roasts, steaks, ribs, organ meats, and soup bones -- you will not find meat from a holistic source in a local co-op or supermarket for this cost or quality. Do yourself a favor: Get to know your farmer. Get to know Whiteside Ranch.
Courtney and her husband are the nicest,professional and most responsive people. I have never tasted such wonderful meat. It was tender and tasty. Every cut was delicious! We will definitely be lifetime customers. Shawnda
