Fab butcher show that has a Louisiana Red Hot sausage that's my current favorite. It has some fire but it's also very flavorful. Of course they offer all things meat. This sort of meat market is harder to find these days than I'd like, and it makes me appreciate the fine fellows at Western Meats all the more. High quality meat in good cuts, along with house-made sausages and other delights. (Don't miss the corned beef around St. Patrick's day!) They also have great small steaks for cheap - perfect for a sandwich, breakfast, or a quick dinner. If you want good meat, go to Western.
Always a pleasure to drop by and procure from gentlemen. Great looking proteins, informative butchers, quality results. The crew has a terrific talent for conversation and a wonderful sense(s) of humor. Me: “I’d like to order a 5 rib standing rib roast.” Western Meats: “Yes sir, and at what is dinner?”
Best butcher shop in all of Portland. Always the best quality meat. And they are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend them.
We moved to Milwaukie and was looking for a new meat market and they have such a selection for such a great price. I got 2 of their eco pacs plus 3lbs of sausage equaling 50lbs of meat for under $200. They are all so nice we will definitely be going back.
These guys are AWESOME!! ALWAYS a friendly greeting and a smile. These guys ARE OUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD BUTCHERS! They have GREAT STEAKS AND PORK STEAKS ( my two faves).

This place has processed two elk for me in the last several years. Their summer sausage and pepperoni are delicious! I plan to keep going back. As of today, deer are $75 for cut, wrap, ground. Elk are $0.75/lb for the same. Summer sausage/brats $3/lb. Pepperoni $3.50/lb. Italian/breakfast sausage $1/lb.
