I love that this place is on the north side of Scottsdale and christners is on the south side. Even when they are busy the Friday before Labor Day they are fast and friendly. Absolutely amazing experience every time! It's hard not to leave with a ton of stuff it is so well organized and so much tasty looking stuff.

Fantastic selection. Chicken breast are excellent and extremely large. Ground meat was fantastic for burgers and beef sticks are well worth trying. You will come back for more. Highly recommend stopping !!!

Nice country deli / meat shop. I was pleased with the selection and the staff were friendly. Didn't try anything just yet, but will update then.

Not just a butcher shop. Remember they have frozen goodies like zucchini planks, hot pepper cheese balls and mozzarella sticks.

Great shop with very fair pricing. Staff is super helpful. Gotten everything from just a bag of jerky to a whole cow. Always great service even when they are busy.

This place is always well staffed! Friendly & helpful ladies work the case. If you want something you don't see just ask! they will make it happen. Additionally I Tried their Dry Aged steaks for the first time July 4 2024. Wow I'm sold. Tender and so flavorful. I've never had a bad steak from Werrys by any means but the dry aged is going to be my go-to for my special occasions.

I have been looking for a good location to get meat for my freezer since I retired from the Army and moved into the Laurel Highlands. We visited this location recently, and my wife and I were impressed.

Wonderful, hometown butcher shop. Can't say enough good things about the owners and employees there. They are the best. Their selection of meats(beef, chicken, pork, veal), deli meats and cheeses, sauces, milk, eggs, etc...great selection. I think the prices are good and the quality of the meat is even better! You dont get meat like this in the grocery store! Their jersey and beef sticks are to die for!

Fast, friendly and everything I've ever gotten was better than advertised. The freezers were not confusing like some stores, it was clean. The place was a little under lit up front but it's actually par for local shops. the cases were well organized. Fast and friendly service meant i was back out in no time ready to cook. I've been procrastinating on a review but hard to find issue. Even the buns lasted a while!

I refuse to go anywhere else for my meat they are the ONLY place I trust for healthy pure meat. I also love that I can call ahead an put an order in so it's ready for me when I get there. Best FRESH meat around and you don't have to worry about all the additives and poisons put in it like Warmart, Aldis etc. I'll NEVER get my meat anywhere else. Especially now a days as the big chain food stores meat supply (and everything else for that matter) keeps getting worse and more and more questionable.

Great meats! So very fresh! The workers are very helpful and friendly! Their beef jerky is outta this world!

Great experience here with customer service. Answered all the questions I had. The prices are really good especially for the quality! Got some flank steak, ground chuck, short ribs, smoke kielbasa and smoked sausage. I like the kielbasa more as it has more flavor. Also grabbed some bbq seasoning that’s really good.

5/9/17 I would highly recommend getting the Italian style sausages. They are soooo freakin delicious. My review is going to stay the same as below. First time visiting today. The shop was clean, and staff were super friendly. Large selection of meat, and they offer some other products from farms, like woah Nellie milk, and pleasant Valley farms. Prices are amazing, especially since inflation is hitting hard. I would definitely recommend stopping here, you won't regret it.

Amazing family owned business who truly care about their customers. The quality of their meats are by far the best of anywhere we have purchased. I came here as a little girl with my grandmother and made my way back after being disappointed over and over by poor quality and prices of big box stores. Everything is so fresh and they will cut what you need while you are there if they don't have enough out. Example, today I ordered 12 bone in pork chips, they were short ONE so they cut me fresh chops. Also out of ground round so they ground it for me right then. Sincere friendly service is so hard to find anymore. Support your local small businesses. ❤
