First, the map on Google is totally wrong, it takes you to the Gulf not the ranch. Am trying to correct but please use these directions until Google works, Coming in Bay City from north or west, go Hwy 35 east also called 7th St in town. Go through town to light with TDECU and Chili's on left, turn RIGHT at light, that is FM457. Travel 6 1/2 miles, cross FM2540 at caution light. Ranch sign on left. Stay on FM457 100 yds, ranch entrance on left. WELCOME.*** If coming on Hwy35 from West, turn LEFT on FM2540 at the light in Van Vleck. travel about 6miles to caution light, that is FM457. Turn LEFT on 457, ranch entrance 100yds on left. WELCOME
