Wells Farms

Thank you to the Wells family for being such great hosts! Loved the tour and the grill out - learned a lot, and the burgers and beef hot dogs were some of the best I've ever had. Their signature seasoning is a must. We will definitely seek them out at the market to buy their products.

We love Wells! Their options for purchase are great (we typically buy at the Sun Prairie Farmer's Market) and the variety of products are fantastic (we've had their ground beef, brats, roasts, etc.). They're priced well and great quality. We've shifted to buying all of our meat from Wells vs. the grocery stores. Thanks, Kenny and Sarah!

I have lost track of the number of times that we’ve ordered from Wells Farms. We’ve preciously purchased 1/4 beef and 1/2 pork packages and we’re happy enough to recently order 1/2 beef package. I wish we lived closer to be able to take advantage the farmers markets and on-farm shopping days to get specialty items. Check them out on social media and purchase something. You won’t be disappointed.

Im SO happy we switched to buying our beef from Wells Farms. The price is very comparable to what we used to pay at the grocery store. Yet the look, the smell and the taste is miles ahead of anything I have found at the grocery store. The Wells are very nice and quick to respond and accommodate all our needs. You can tell they truly care about their animals and take good care of them. I get the comfort of knowing exactly where my beef comes from. I would recommend doing business with the Wells to everyone!

I recently tried out Wells Farms beef by taking advantage of their extremely convenient bundle order/home delivery option. I have been wanting to purchase more from local farmers, and they make it easy to do so. I wasn't really expecting to notice a difference in the beef itself....I have tried other local labels as they turn up in our grocery store, and a variety of less local organic/grass-fed options, and they had all seemed pretty interchangeable.....but we have been genuinely blown away by the difference in quality from Wells Farm. Almost through our first bundle (and have already signed up for their winter CSA) at this point and everything has been REALLY good. The recipes on their website are super helpful, too, for learning how to use less familiar cuts etc. It would be hard to go back to store-bought now!

We have enjoyed the beef we recently purchased from Wells Farms. We first saw them at the Sun Prairie Farmers Market. After that experience we decided to order a meat package on line, It was delivered to our front door, with great communication about time and date of delivery. All the meat was top quality! We will definitely order again! It is great to have a place like Wells Farms available locally.

The quality of the meats is outstanding!! My sister came in from California and took back 6 packages of brats!! We love wells farm!

Wow! I no longer feel the need to drive to the west side of Madison to get excellent quality local beef. Wells Farm meat has wonderful flavor. The best NY strip steaks we have ever grilled. We have enjoyed excellent burgers and tacos with Wells Farm ground beef. Great product and great people who go above and beyond to serve you.
