Lunch was nice but very expensive. Disappointed not to see the rare pigs. Couldn't find anyone to tell us what happened to them or why they couldn't be found. Lots of ducks, chickens, roosters, Sheep, and a few rabbits.
I accidentally stopped here looking for the owner of a dog that I found on the side of the road. They were not the owner however told me where the dog lived. I talked with Karen for quite a bit and really enjoyed the history of the farm. I'm looking forward to the events that will be held there.
Karen and the rest of the team have some of the best meat in town. Sometimes I'd rather have a mangalista steak than a beef one. Photos are from Seasoned Sunday, an annual open-fire cooking extravaganza at the farm benefitting a non-profit.
