Absolutely one of the best butchers we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with over several years. They are polite, professional, and know what they are doing. The meat is properly cut and wrapped. If a person doesn't know what or how they want the cuts done, they will walk you through the process and help you choose. If you plan ahead with them, you can also have meats smoked. Thank you Wears Custom Cuts for the great job.

Very happy with the butchering services at Wear's Custom Cuts. I like the way the meat was hung, sized, cut, wrapped and labeled. I had a few questions during the process and they took the time to answer those questions to make it right. Shop was clean and organized and the staff professional. I will utilize them in the future. We purchased a half beef from Darilane Farms twice now and both times Wear's has done the cut and wrap. We've been extremely happy with the job that Wyatt/Wear's Custom Cuts LLC has done for us. We asked for a couple of specific things (briskets and less round and cube steaks) and every time our orders were exactly like we've requested. The shop was super clean and the folks were extremely nice! We would highly recommend Wear's Custom Cut LLC to anyone!
Wyatt and his crew are the gold standard when it comes to custom butcher services, there is a reason he is the go-to butcher for so many local farmers and ranchers. Wear's recently made me a large batch of summer sausage mixed with wild game I provided, and we can't get enough of it. I'd recommend Wear's Custom Cuts to anybody.
Friendly, but I had them cut a roast for jerky and they told me it would be 1/4 in thick. It is actually 1/2 inch thick. Hard to dry thick pieces. If you don't want jerky WCC is great, but if you're making jerky, have it sliced elsewhere.
