Where do I begin. I first contacted them after not being able to find large beef ribs for smoking. I sent a few photos, had a phone call, and it was left at “let me see if my butcher can do that.” I got a call back and she said - we keep those in stock no need for a special order. I said that works out, I am military and travel ALOT. Weeks later I receive a text with a photo that says your ribs are here. I never ordered ribs so I figured she was just looking to gain another customer. No big deal. Fast forward I get a text asking me to pick up my order. I never ordered anything but said I would stop by because I do want them. I stop by - I have an order worth over $ 500 no deposit, no order form. Another customer insists its the best tasting meat. It’s giant full rack of beef ribs not cut down and certainly something I have no room for. I will have to unthaw, break down and refreeze. I smoked a section today with the intent of leaving the rest for a BBQ and let’s say - the worst beef I ever had. Tasted fishy - that’s attributed to an abundance of omega 3 acid (typical of grass fed beef) or poor handling. I also had to trim off skin. I will never be back. Buyer be ware.
WE GOT TO PET THE COWS!!! The perfect weekend outing for the whole family. Joan and her daughter are full of information on both the cows and the meat, we love picking up steaks when we visit.
We just had our first set of beef sausages from Walker Farm. We appreciate good quality food, but these sausages have set the bar to a new height! They are outrageously delicious!!! I have never tasted such a clean beef flavor in a sausage before. The seasoning is subtle and complements the beef flavor wonderfully. Joane and Randy were wonderful to meet. It’s a must visit in the local farming network!!!
Our first time at Walker farm Joan introduced herself to us. Told us all about her farm and how the cattle is Raised. We purchased 4 different items and I have to tell you ...all of them were delicious!! We will be going back to Walker Farm for more delicious foods!!!
Great farm to visit & buy grass fed beef! Enjoyed their beef short ribs on new year's eve. Tender & tasty. Don't overcook. Can't wait to try their skirt steak! A little pricey but would buy again.
Personal caring family owned farm. The most humane kindness to clean beautiful herds. Delicious cuts of meat in their store freezer to shop for best quality. Try the spice mix too. Eggs are soy and corn free!
Great people doing great work. Certified Human certification is hard to maintain, and they should be applauded and supported for their efforts.

I accidentally hit the wrong star, sorry. I stopped in, waited in the little store for about ten minutes, checking out the cuts and prices. Nobody showed up, so I left without buying.
