Love these guys!!! Customer service is excellent and they do a great job start to finish on the cutting and wrapping! Not sure on something? They will patiently explain so you can make the right choice for you in the process! I have been a customer here for years now and I have no thought of going elsewhere! I enjoy barbacoa and for a small fee I even am able to get the beef head! I even got a box of bones for my Malinois ❤️👍

I sell beef. I bring the beef here, they process it how my buyer wants it packaged and then they pick it up from here.

Gary is the friendliest guy! And the meat cutting crew is spectacular!!! We went to other places for years for our homegrown beef and since finding this place we won't go anywhere else

We have used Wakefield for years. They are very accommodating and do a great job cutting our meat. Definitely will continue using them.

By far the best place in the valley to get your meat. I'm not sure why there are people complaining about these guys unless they don't understand you cant take an animal and make it bigger. You must buy a bigger animal. Best BEEF and PORK I have ever had. We will never go back to the grocery store to pay premiums again.

I have had a few beef cut up here. They do an amazing job.

Maybe our butcher had a bad day… Our cuts of meat were subpar. We have had a few packages of ground beef that are half ground beef and then just straight ground fat. We have steaks that aren’t cut straight and flat. Had some hair in another. An arm roast had a small patch of hide on it.

Such a great experience, they were so patient with this first timer and ALL of my questions. Extremely helpful in choosing cuts etc. Meat was done when they said and pick up was super friendly and easy!!!

Very happy with the price and quality of the cut and wrap that I get from Gary's crew. Very straightforward and helpful.

Not happy with the cuts. I have never seen baby back ribs look like this. I guess they will be an appetizer…I’ll call them ‘riblets’. Not quality cuts.
