Busy Saturday morning,treated every customer pleasant and nothing was a bother! Even recommended how to cook a certain meat. A very good experience. I wasn't sure if it was ok to cook your stuffed steak on the grill,said to cook it with a mushroom sauce like a creamed soup so it wouldn't dry out! We will be back for another big order.

Excellent meat but the most unfriendly people who work there. One gentleman looks at you when you come in and doesn't even say hello but looks like it's the last place he wants to be. Everyone else lacks customer service skills as well. Would it hurt to say hello to your customers and maybe thank them after you ring them up. I value customer service and this place is sadly lacking.

I had 2 cows butchered here. My first experience was great they walked me through everything and the meet was great no bone chips or gristle. The second time a younger person called to take my order and was struggling to help walk me through the ordering process and that was OK, I get it they need to learn as well but when every tube of hamberger had a few hard pieces in it....that's not okay. It turned everyone off and grossed us out. I did call to ask what it could be and the gentleman said it's possible they got to close to the bone. They did not offer me an apology or any kind of exchange. We will not be using them again..unfortunately since they are so close to home.

All I can say is that Wag's Meats are AMAZING !! GREAT prices and will accommodate for ALMOST everything. I order a fresh pig for roasting and Wag's came through. Pictures below is the finished product. When it come to their butcherd meats, fresh and great prices. My fur babies ❤️'s Wag's dog food. . All I can say to Wag's is "Thank-You for everything !"

This is our new 'go to' place for meats after shopping at the grocery stores for years and having some bad experiences. The meat quality is great, and their 'small family ' bundle is perfect for my family - helps with the budgeting and makes meal planning easier too!

Clean, gentleman were very nice, beef jerky was on point, sweet beef sticks, we couldn't stop eating them. Nice price on 40 lb. Chicken breast. Keep up the good work.

When I get back to town, I love to go here and get the chicken salad, but my recent stop to get it didn't turn out so great. I'm not sure, but I think someone else made the chicken salad, or they changed the recipe to much pepper. I'm not a fan of it now. And the pulled pork BBQ, i think they are putting cinnamon in it... that's a no for me to. I will stop and get some meat though and the sticks are really good too

Go an 18lb chuck roll to make steaks with & the fat was trimmed so perfectly. Definitely fair price i got about 30 steaks from it for $160 👍🏼💪🏼 …

Highly disappointed in the quality of filets we had this evening. There was an unpleasant surprise when biting into the meat. The amount of gristle was very off putting.

The best butcher shop around I used to go to Giant in West York or Dover before I found out about this place. The quality and the great selections of different meats and cuts alone are way beyond enough to guarantee I always go here now for meat, I promise if u like real fresh meat you won't be disappointed 👌🏾💯 …

Friendly neighborhood butcher! Average market prices, but I would rather shop small and help them be successful than go to a chain. Along with their variety of beef and pork, they have ham, chicken, seafood, and crab salad as well as desserts. They also carry other frozen sides (highly recommend the onion rings) and some seafood.

Immaculate butcher shop, not a finger print on any glass cases, with amicable staff, good prices, wonderful selection, was anxious to go and see what they had, was not disappointed. They couldn't have been more helpful. They have parking in the back, we will definitely be their customers.

Got the Family bundle and pork bundle. Very happy with how it was packaged. Great people great selection and service

Great selection of high quality cuts to choose from (prices are slightly higher than the grocery), the shop was clean and well put together, and the people working were in high spirits and knowledgeable. Much happier spending money here than at a chain!

Got whole strip loin cut 1.5 in.thick steaks, so tender very little gristle, so good ! Ham salad very good ! Thank you Wags in Dover! Will be back again, great service .

In full disclosure we're kinda steak snobs. We know a good steak when we eat one and not just any will do. We were very excited to give them a try since they're close to home. Went in and bought a delmonico steak at a reasonable price. Unfortunately it was one of the toughest steaks we ever ate. Neither my wife or I could finish it. Definitely won't be back.

Wags goes out of their way to do whatever they can to make their customers happy. We have enjoyed everything we have ever tried here. This is a very nice, clean locally owned, very friendly business that just keeps getting better and better the longer they are here! Definitely an asset to the community.

Great prices, always a good selection. Ham salad is the best around, not extremely salty like others. Scrapple is excellent, and the beef and cheddar burgers may be the best burger you ever grilled!!

Fresh meat, cut to preference, so delicious. If you don't see something you need, just ask. The store is always clean and nicely arranged. Saturday special hot foods are really good

Great meats but the hours are bad. If you work past 3:00 pm forget it. Only open on Sat. For a few hr. Not open at all on Sun. Would have given 5 stars but for the hrs.

You can not find a better place for fresh meat at a great price!! Owners are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want!! I will no longer pay supermarket prices when I come here for friendly faces and great meat!!

Got here late today 9/02/2023 and they still let my wife and I in to shop. Got all kinds of beef jerky. Even got a free sample....we'll definitely be back!

The absolute best local butchers. Great prices and fantastic meat. Did a perfect job processing our hogs at a very reasonable rate.

Don't bother going there expecting Weaver recipe products. Ham salad is a total disappointment as well as their sausage. Sure would have expected them to try to keep us Weaver patrons. Shame.
