Wade's Quality Meats

Had a T bone , haven't tried the Ribeye we bought yet! The T bone was tender and juicy and delicious! Had just about given up on steak from grocery stores because of the lack of flavor and the tuff gristly cut of meat. Would rather have good ground beef until I had Wades! Will be back soon and stocking up being it's a 60 mile drive one way.

Small butcher shop in the middle of residential Shelbyville but we'll worth it for fresh meat. Picked up a gorgeous roast, hamburger, and pork sausage... little odds and ends like meat rubs and gravy mixes as well. Whenever I go to Shelbyville I make a stop here.

They also have a good selection of dry goods, rubs, seasonings, and sauces. The prices are fair and their specials are very good. My family and friends enjoy our barbecues with Wade’s meats. Love this joint! Try to go every time we are in the area. Great meats & breads. They have many other items, but we don't get them cuz we are camping. Service is unbeatable!

Great customer service! We have found that they have the best Lunch meat. We are very picky, when it comes to lunch meat. They slice it to our preference and it's never slimy & it keeps several days. Btw - the price per pound is a couple of dollars less than Walmart's deli.

Went to get a meal from their hotcase. Not only was it amazing and enough for two people and $6.00. But it was really nice seeing the high school students choosing it over fast food. They were very busy and the staff was as always, nice and helpful. At $6.00, it just simply can't be beat!😊 …

You have to try the chicken salad, best I have ever had, it's sweet, tangy, and oh so delicious. Perfect for any picnic basket that's for sure. Great customer service as well, you can get whatever kind of meat you would like, meat quality is really great

Good place to get good quality meats. It's worth the trip. If you go on a Saturday go early to get the best prices and specials before they are all gone.

With my wife being from Illinois she has always told me about the huge chicken breast sold there. She lied... THOSE THING ARE GINORMOUS!!! Two people could eat a meal off of one!!! When you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. They have the prettiest bacon I have ever seen. Then I saw the biggest cut of steak I've ever seen!!! That bad boy had to be at least 3 inches thick. Can't wait to go back.

Try their boneless ribs!! Add ur favorite rub, & smoke'm; or just grill'm!! - hint: they're like "country ribs," but w/o the bones. They'll even fit a brat bun! (add bbq sauce, & think McRib, only bigger, better, & <half the $!)😉 …

Maaaan... That lil country kitchen in the back is so dang awesome!!!! I got the tender plate special with baked beans and green beans and it was off tha chain!!! I can only imagine their meats and jerky. If ever given the chance I will buy a steak from here it looked top notch. Keep up the awesome sauce guys.

We had heard about how great this place was, and when we finally went we weren't disappointed. Great meats and very reasonable prices. Neat place.

Bought 8 piece chicken dinner. End of day. Nearly closed. Chicken was dry, but had a good flavor. Great price!
