The small store is clean, the staff is welcoming and all the meat looks very fresh. However, the wagyu ribeye had absolutely no flavor. The filet mignon had a smell that I could not get past. The parts that I ate left only a taste of blood in my mouth. Also, I have NEVER had to trim fat off of filet mignon until now. I had to take something because I was so nauseous. I couldn’t finish either cut. $90 down the drain. I feel bad sharing this, but it’s the truth. The photo is the filet mignon.

My family has always loved the meat here, but the meat we bought last week had a bad smell that we've never noticed before. It's a bit disappointing that the quality has gone down even though the price has gone up. I hope they'll have better quality products again soon.

The meat here is well cut and fresh. The Wagyu tallow is fantastic and the service is the best. Highly recommend getting your korean BBQ meat here or steak. Solid butcher.

Fantastic and friendly butcher. They have everything from Wagyu beef and cuts used just for Korean BBBQ to homemade kimchi and perfectly marbled steaks. I went in specifically for pork jowl and ended up walking out with pork belly, pork shoulder and much more, lets just say my fridge is looking extra full. I used several of the large cuts I received from Angus Meat Market to test some curing techniques and of course cooked up some steak that night. I was very impressed and I can't wait until I can visit again.

Hands down the best high quality meat market, carniceria, or butcher shop in Torrance. While the prices are a bit higher than places like Costco or Ralphs, you get what you pay for here. Those places don't even offer the kind of high quality meat Angus Meat Market offers. This is your go to place for special occasions or when you're trying to impress your boss/family/friends with a nice cut of Wagyu beef. The owners are always there and go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated. I never appreciated the nuances of really good meat until I went here. I give 2 thumbs up, 5 stars and highly recommend Angus Meat Market.

Very friendly service with lots of meats available, including Japanese A5 wagyu, tomahawk ribeyes, and the most deliciously seasoned ready to grill Korean ribs.

One of the best butchers! Has very beautifully marbled wagyu, bulgogi, new york, ribeye and other cuts. Angus meat market also has beef bones, some plum extract and pickled vegetables. Quality of meat is well above your local carniceria, costco, or meat market.

I putchased several center cut fillet of beef medallions to make filet mignon. It was more expensive than what I'm accustomed to paying (Bristol Farms), but noticably superior beef. It was great having the steaks perfectly trimmed for a change
