I would absolutely return here on my next visit to the area. Be sure to visit Monday- Saturday before 2:30 pm and try one of their smash burgers. They have frozen, farm raised- on site beef, lamb, pork and fresh eggs. It’s worth the drive from anywhere in Treasure Valley.

I highly recommend Valli Hi Meat Store. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the meat is delicious! This is refreshing since most grocery store meat is disappointing. I plan on purchasing all of my beef from them.

I've been buying Half-Beefs here for a while now. Candy is always very helpful getting the cuts ordered just how I like. They treat you very much like a friend or family here. Beautiful ranch with lots of healthy looking cows. Very delicious and flavorful beef. Will continue to buy here in the future.

We picked up two of the filet mignon and it was amazing!! Our friend Hailey had recommended it to us and I’m so happy we decided to go and it will now be the place we get our meats!

I live down the street from Vali Hi ranch and it's such a beautiful place. I have never tasted such lean and delicious beef in all my life! I only buy my meat from this establishment and NEVER a grocery store. If you haven't tried their meat, you really should.

OMG! Wednesday went to buy some meat, I cooked up some cube steak, it was delicious!! Can't wait to try the other cuts of meat I purchased! Delicious! ♥️ We will return to purchase more!

After grabbing tomatoes at Lakeview Fruits I wanted to thick slice them on a nice burger. I always want to stop in on Sundays when they're closed to try some beef but today (saturday) we were out and about so we stopped in and grabbed some ground beef. Wow the meat smelled so fresh and subtle when I opened it and it made fantastic burgers. The wonderful women helping us were so friendly and we'll be back to try a sampler pack or even just a couple ribeyes in the future, we may decide to purchase all our beef there from now on

Our new go-to store for beef and eggs! Yes, local supermarkets are cheaper in price but not that much. I’ll spend a little bit more for higher quality meats and eggs…and you can taste the difference. Bill and Candy are great folks so go check out their store.

I hear about buying direct from the supplier being the wave of the future but then the supplier doubles their prices even over Costco. Oh yeah your product is awesome but let's screw everyone and charge ridiculous prices. Why not make it affordable or at least match the prices at grocery stores... Beef is beef...

We saw signs on the road and followed them in. Bought patties and ground beef to give it a shot. We LOVED it! The flavor is incredible! We did the math and while it's pennies (yes, pennies) higher than store bought, you can taste the difference immediately. My wife and I have decided to stop buying meat anywhere else!

Very good quality. Reasonable price. Family owned and operated. Excellent customer service. I plan to be a regular customer.

As everyone says nice people great quality. Bought a ribeye and had it last night. One of the best steaks I ever had, so tender. I have some qualifications to review having spent 15 years in restaurant management, where we cut our own steaks. Will be going back again, and again.

Nice farm that sells beef they have raised. Very nice people, and even better tasting beef. A little bit more pricy, but way better quality than any supermarket I've been too. You can buy just a part of the cow, half a cow, or the whole thing if you'd like. Try it, you may like it too.

My wife and I stopped in to check it out. we bought a couple of beef products (frozen).

People really nice. The lamb kabobs we used were tender when cooked in instant pot,, but a lot of tough meat or tendon had to be removed, so was a lot of waste cooked for my sister's dogs. The lamb steak was tough too. For the really high price, won't be going again.
