Wow! There is a tremendous different in the beef that we received from Valley View than from other sources. I was nervous about shipping to MA but everything arrived exactly as described with no problem at all. I'd love to recommend a specific cut but they were all excellent. If you're considering ordering... don't wait! It's all wonderful!
Highly recommend! Excellent experience from the start. Their website makes it easy to order and coordinating pick-up was simple and convenient for my schedule. (I live outside of Philadelphia, PA) The quality and value are far superior to what I usually get at the grocery store! The only beef my family, and I eat is from valley view organic beef. Family owned and operated. Everything growing on the farm is organic and I know this because we have visited the farm and took part in helping with every day chores. The cows are cared for and I believe it shows in the quality of beef. It’s hard work farming the way this family does it and I enjoy supporting a family owned business like this and will continue to for the years to come.
