US Wellness meats

I’ve placed over 5 orders and every single one has been a pleasure to receive. The meats high quality and still affordable, and shipping is fast and safe. I’ve ordered things multiple times and in higher quantities because I am sad once it’s gone haha. Will definitely be ordering again any time I need a little stock up!

Everything I tried has been horrible. Steaks are 1/2 fat and gristle. Bad flavor. Vuts are inconsistent. Tried other items also and same thing. Having to throw most away

They don't respond to emails. We received a high purchase order with broken products. Sadly, customer service is non-existent. We'll be looking elsewhere. Prayers y'all figure it out but it's not in our best interest to continue using you.

Fun place to try new foods, though everything isn't delicious. Still, the quantities are small enough to make the adventures worth the risks. On the rare occasions when something is very wrong, they immediately refund our money. Don't expect refunds or discounts for damaged packaging or minimally-thawed products. We place an order almost monthly for roasts, organs, bones, and fat directly through their website. We use the biweekly newletter's Red Letter Discount Code for what are usually the best prices on every other Sunday to Wednesday. The Shop app is another tool that we've considered using.

I will never again spend two pieces worth $38 of beef kneecap femur that is literally 90% bone only or any other product for that matter, from this company. Do not be deceived by their description and pictures in their website. There was a very little bit of meat and or tendon clinging to a massive bone, that is pretty much it. Too bad I dont have a dog that can benefit from it. Pathetic?

I’ve bought from yoy a couple times now and shipping is always amazing. I also live in Hawaii and am grateful you guys even ship here!! Never stop!! The meats are top quality and always delicious. Thank you for being awesome and caring for our health!

I had high expectations when I bought meet from here online. I bought beef steaks, lamb and bison. All of them tasted terrible. Won't be buying from them any more..

Great clean meat! Excellent quality for the price!! Fantastic customer service and they ship so fast!! I keep coming back for the organ meats!!

I haven't ordered in many years, and my order was short of a product, they did reimbursed for that but The uncured hotdogs were disgusting. Horrible taste to say the least, but I did enjoy the filet mignon... Just not that impressed.

I have been trying to get a refund for my order which was delivered to the wrong house. US Wellness continues to lie by using tracking info which does show "delivered". However it was "delivered" to the wrong house. I am on the third iteration of trying to get my refund via my credit card company. I did initially call US Wellness, but they never called me back.

Someone will be out at 8am for semi trucks delivery. No entry into facility but there are about 10 spots for overnight parking.
