Customer service, selection of beef cuts and brats is great! Just sous vide a bone in ribeye tonight with simple salt, pepper, garlic powder and finished with beef tallow+ torch. Absolutely great beefy flavor. This is a must visit stop in St Paul.
We don’t usually use this packing plant but we had a hog that needed processed. The sausage we had done up is not seasoned- it’s ground pork. We asked for ham steaks to be cut and received uncured ham steaks. That was a first. I’m not sure if that needed to be specified, but I’ve never had to tell any other packing house to cure my ham steaks. None of my cured cuts were cured. Will be avoiding this packing house in the future.
Awesome place to do business with! Great selection of frozen cuts to choose from. Very knowledgeable if you are having an animal harvested and packaged. Truly enjoy doing business with this Company.
