We are a huge fan of your lamb shanks! They are wrapped so after thawing they do not leak in your fridge - a nice double wrap. We sear the shanks and make a great Dutch oven meal with broth, rosemary, root vegetables over mashed potatoes- all farmers market produce. The bones do double duty in bone broth, post feasting. The best chicken and pork you'll ever eat. I love that it's local, pasture raised and that they use regenerative farming practices. It's super tender and full of flavor. I also love that we can get a subscription for it, so we never run out.
Truest Farm offers top-notch quality eggs and meats. I make it a point to visit the farmers market every week to refill my household's egg supply. The farmer is really pleasant and approachable. Their new deli chicken, ham, and breakfast sausage are also outstanding. I highly recommend them!!!!
