First visit to the ranch. It is a beautiful setting, laid back atmosphere and has many animals to visit and enjoy. I chose to purchase ground meat and Italian sausage, can't wait to try them. There was a good variety of pork products. I will be going back.
Melissa & Fred are amazing people who have an amazing farm with unique programs available to everyone. You should visit at least one time but I’ll bet you’ll go back!
True Cut Ranch is a wonderful asset to our community. They provide pastured healthy meats, and I've seen how the animals are raised and are frequently moved to new pastures. The chicken tastes much better than anything that I can get at the grocery store. The Falcone family is very friendly and loves educating people about regenerative agriculture and anything related to food. I've taken classes with Melissa about making sourdough bread and on homesteading. I'm now learning about how to preserve food and have adequate food storage for unexpected needs. This is part of her training course called "The Ready Pantry".
Beautiful ranch, friendly, family atmosphere. You can tell so much love and effort have been put into this farm. Their animals are well cared for. Melissa and Fred are wonderful and generous with their time. It's definitely worth taking a drive to visit their ranch! You won't regret it!
Opted to purchase some locally raised short rib from True Cut Ranch for my family's Christmas dinner this year and they did not disappoint. You can tell they are fresh and high quality just from the color vs. store bought. Everyone was raving about them. Purchase and pick up process was easy and customer service was great. Highly recommend.
