Used these guys for the first time. I specifically asked to save the heart and liver and got neither. The meat seemed a little light too. First and last time using them.
They do a good job of packaging your meat up they have a long waiting list though so if you need something done plan on it being a while
I took two steers to be processed. Competitive fees and quality work. They will be getting moor cattle and hogs from me. I sell farm raised beef and Troyer Processing will get all my business from here on out.
Custom processing. Quality packaged meat. Great specialty products from your deer, try the jerky and jalapeno-cheese summer sausage. Hours are 7:30-6:00 Monday through Friday, 8:30-6:00 Saturday, Closed Sunday
Fantastic!!! Fast, friendly service. Excellent summer sausage, breakfast sausage and polish sausage. Everything was vacuum packaged and very clean.
