We purchased a whole beef from Trietsch Farms and are greatly enjoying the meat. The flavor of the meat is great, and the steaks are tender. The purchasing process was smooth, and I would recommend purchasing individual cuts or beef shares. If you've never had beef bacon, I would highly recommend it.

I'm making it my duty to get everyone hooked on the best beef bacon in the world.

Trietsch Farms is a wonderful company that supplies top quality beef at a very reasonable price. I use them almost exclusively for my ground beef needs. I have never gotten a bad product and I have tried many of the different cuts of beef offered. The cuts of beef offered vary from time to time and I enjoy trying new things. The customer service is spectacular. I couldn’t recommend Trietsch Farms enough!!

Ordered a Tri-tip for my first purchase. Delivery was flawless and they delivered right into my cooler that I set out at their recommendation. Thanks for the wave on my ring camera...The tri-tip looks awesome with a ton of marbling. Its defrosting in the fridge now for a dry brine tomorrow and then hitting the smoker on Fri... looking forward to cooking it to med-rare and i'm sure the family is gonna love it. I'll add a review with the final results!

We have really enjoyed the meat choices and delivery of Trietsch Farms. They deliver exactly what you order, very timely, and the meat is very tasty. We've ordered delicious flank steaks, chuck and rump roasts, and brisket. The short ribs were melt in your mouth and the ground beef made great burgers.

Our family love's Trietsch Farms!! Everything we have ever ordered has been fantastic and the best quality. We love that it's local family owned! The Trietsch's are great people and provide excellent customer service. We love the ability to order online and free delivery on Thursdays!! Not gonna kid you this was the first time we have purchased this much beef. We bought a half and half a hog. Figuring it out was kinda tricky but Jim helped every step of the way. Some of the absolute best beef we have ever had. He also has a payment plan and makes everything so easy. Super nice to deal with. Healthy beef as well. No unnecessary antibiotics. Exercises the cows , right here in Cicero ! He has a long term customer in us.

Amazing fresh locally owned organic angus beef. Their meat is amazing. Just like the good ole days when my grandpa butchered his own cattle. No more nasty grocery store meat for me. I was even buying sirloins at the store and grinding them up because ground beef is made from so many different cows, and now its coming from over seas. Screw that buisness. The Treich family packages their meats immediately for freshness and the packaging is perfect, it's even DELIVERED to my door at no additional charge (delivery is pending upon your location) shipping is avaible. Please give this cattle farm a chance, you won't go back, I promise.

The flavor of this beef has been awesome, this was a recommendation from another family and I’m so glad we went with them, Jim was more than happy to accommodate us with meeting. Walked us through the meat part selection. This was our first time with a 1/2 cow and we have been super pleased.

Once you have Trietsch Farms meat nothing else will compare! They pay close attention to the genetics of their cattle so their meat has the best flavor with little fat. The cattle are raised with love and attention unlike the big farms, it really is a small family business!

Great local steaks. Great people who care about their customers. I message them and they always respond within 10 minutes. I have tried other steaks and they cost more and were not the high quality I get from Trietsch farms. No better steaks in this neck of the woods. J
