Tom does an amazing job. His meat is top notch and they even will ask how thick you want your steaks, how many per package, and if you want more burger or other cuts. Sami his wife is extremely nice as well. Family owned, farm raised beef and hogs- you can’t beat it.

Tom is the most honest man I know. He works hard and does it without complaint. This family run butcher shop provides the best price in Spokane county for getting your meat cut. His "Hog in a Box" deal can not be beat. His hogs are "home raised" with quality feed resulting in excellent flavorful meat. His wife, Sami, is filled with smiles and service to help and provide. When it comes to wrapping, she's got Snoop Dog beat by a mile. Support this local, family run business. You won't be disappointed.

The folks out here are absolutely amazing! They had us a hog in a couple weeks.. cut to perfection, the way they smoke the ham is delicious. We will go nowhere else while we're in the area, go see them!!

Tom is one of the nicest guys I've met! i bought a half a hog and it was great. the breakfast sausage is the best I've had! i also bought a 1/4 beef and the burger is amazing ! the steaks are just as good! i cooked a chuck roast and short ribs in the crockpot and they were so amazing! i would recommend Tom's custom meats they are the best

Not a fancy place. If you pass it by because it looks like a farm, you're the fool. The meats melt in your mouth. The people are friendly and happy to sit you down and help you figure out what you want, even if you are uneducated in the art of cut choosing. The price is AMAZING! And it's organic even though not certified. (Yes, I asked) I just purchased a quarter of a cow for less than $320 and received well over 150 pounds. The more meat you order the smaller the cost. However, I only have a small chest freezer. The first 5 meals made with this beef have been AMAZING! I love the sausage I made. Since we're all on a low sodium diet we have to be careful where we get our meat. And it's tasteless usually. This meat had real flavor! :)

They are amazing. Had beef and hogs done with them multiple years. They take care of our customers and walk them through the process. Nicely wrapped and competitively priced.
