We frequent this place & always get amazing service! The meat selections are always on point! We had short ribs that expired quickly once, they replaced them without question. Today I ordered delivery. WHAT A SERVICE!! Such a blessing! I don't think they even charge for the delivery service, it was just tip-based. As a new momma, I can see this being a new regular for me. The delivery came right on time & now I have dinner for tonight & tomorrow!

Always exceptional service! The meat cuts are amazing- my favorite being the filet mignon. We try to get in here a few times a month to get our steaks since they are so amazing. Try their sweet/spicy beef jerky if you do make the trip in- it is our family’s all time favorite!!! It may make your eyes water a little but the flavor is perfection.
We bought four boneless steaks on 11/12/22. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Timberline Meat!
The best filets I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. Marbled filets? Never really seen that. Amazing.

If you’re in Portland, Gresham, sandy, government camp.. shoot, if you’re in Bend or Seattle even, this is the place to go for MEAT. Gorgeous marbled boneless ribeye for $10 less per pound than new seasons market. Exceptional jerky and snack sticks (pro tip: try the ghost pepper!) Brandon and Paula at the counter are friendly and helpful.. they know their stuff! For a fantastic butcher experience that makes you feel like family, Timberline Meat is the place to go.
The meats are amazing we have gotten so many varieties from here our most recent was their roast we had ordered for our Thanksgiving dinner our guest loved it and so did we ! Also want to mention their customer service is always through the roof !
I thought it was just me, but I totally agree with the latest reviews about the service. Some employees are wonderful, but the young boy just treats you like you're a nuisance. He stopped waiting on me in the middle of my order and started with someone else. I'm a nice person, I don't deserve to be treated that way. I just moved here and buy almost $200/week. I will drive the 40 minutes to Gartners Meat Market for now on. Such a shame, because it's a nice place with a nice selection.
