Huckleberry Sausage was probably one of the worst sausages I've had. Star up cause the jerky had some good flavor. The meats sticks were also pretty good.
Hi Diana! We met at the Meridian Main Street Market. I forgot I bought some ground elk and threw it in my freezer at the end of the summer. We just got to it and it was delicious! The meat was ground well and very lean. We also really enjoyed the pepper jack, jalapeno summer sausage. Fantastic! Keep up the great work! Happy New Year!

I ordered three packages of jerky and paid expedite shipping because I was trying to receive it before a hiking trip. I never received the jerky. I've called them a few times and emailed twice with no response.
We bought some of the elk jerky at the Boise farmer’s market and it was the BEST jerky I’ve ever had.
