I have been shopping with the small family farm for over a year now. A few months back, the original owners of this farm, handed over responsibilities to a new family of caring farmers. They’re all doing such an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with the products that I have been receiving! I regularly order Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Raw Honey and have recently started adding ground Lamb to my orders. The ancestral style ground beef is excellent for those looking to discreetly add organ meats into their diet. I love making home made bone broth, so regularly order beef bones and chicken backs. My pups get chicken feet in constant rotation. I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the quality of meats and other products I have received from this farm! Pricing is extremely fair in my opinion. I was strictly vegan for close to 3 years due to health and digestion issues. It was going well for me for a while, but I found it extremely difficult to maintain my protein goals. I had lost a lot of muscle mass at that point. That was when I decided to start eating meat & eggs again, in an effort to try and get my weight back up. Although I knew I would never purchase meat from the grocery store again for personal beliefs. I want my dollars to support local pastured regenerative farming. This farm will always hold a special place in my heart, as it’s the first local farm I found transitioning out of my previous vegan diet. I can’t thank you all enough! I believe our food choices are the best investment we can make for our health. I feed myself as well as my dogs the best I can afford. Our food is our medicine. My dogs mean the entire world to me! I make my own homemade bone broth regularly and share with them. My dogs regularly get home made dehydrated, chicken feet for dental and joint health. I like to make those myself, as I dehydrate them low and slow for three days. They also have the option for pre-dehydrated, chicken feet for those that don’t have the equipment or time to do it themselves. I try to feed them as much farm fresh meats as I can afford. I deeply appreciate the practices of farmers like you and your family! Simply having the opportunity to choose these high quality food options is quite the privilege in my opinion. This farm is making real positive change in this world! I find myself to be extremely lucky, to have the opportunity to purchase farm to table. The way the animals are treated during their lives is important to me. You can tell these farmers care deeply about the animals lives, as they have stated in the past, the animals on our farm only have one bad day. This is inevitable, in order to feed and nourish our bodies. I deeply respect what you all do on a daily basis for the animals, yourselves, and your customers! The website is a breeze to navigate your shopping experience. The options for nearby local pick up’s will surely help busy people get what they need when they need it. They instantly won me over as a lifetime customer! I express my experiences to my family & friends. I am hoping to persuade more people to transition from grocery store to local farm shopping. My brother has recently started shopping with them as well, utilizing the local pick up location in Garfield Heights. Jim Klimo at Garfield Culinary couldn’t be a nicer guy! Pick up allows you to choose between rotating Monday and Tuesday pick up days. Healing practices for the land and soil, the animals and ourselves. Please support your local farmers! I’m looking forward to my second year of purchasing my Fresh Thanksgiving Turkey from this farm. I placed my pre-order the day they went live. Last season I cooked the bird myself, and my family and I could not have been more impressed with the quality! Everybody loved it! Much respect to you all. The best product you will EVER find. I have been here at least a half dozen times over the past couple of months and could not be more satisfied. I have tried a variety of beef, pork, poultry and lamb products, along with the eggs and honey - ALL have been beyond good. The taste is like nothing you will find in the store. The price may be slightly more than your regular store, but you truly get what you pay for- there is no comparison. I will keep buying the majority of my meat from TV Farms. Check them out!

Wonderful locally grown meat! I just made the most delicious rotisserie chicken from Tierra Verde Farms. Met them at Cuyahoga Falls Farmers market and they offer ordering online with pick up there every Saturday. I ended up picking up at their property which has a store stocked full of various meat. 🥩 Highly recommend buying and supporting your local farmer. The meat is just BETTER! I will be back for more brisket. 😍

The absolute best-tasting beef, pork/sausage, chicken and eggs I have ever eaten. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful farm. They are doing an awesome job and it shows in the quality of the products they sell. This is what good, healthy food is supposed to taste like! My weekly or bi-weekly trip to restock is something I look forward to every time we go, and the owners are both very friendly and good to talk to.

Great meat, wonderful people! I have bought different meats, I love all of them. I bought a beef brisket and it is absolutely the best brisket I’ve ever had. Definitely worth every penny! The eggs are great too!

I recently placed my first purchase. I bought two packs of lamb rib chops. I promise you that I will be getting these again in the near future, and many other cuts of all meat types from this farm. I cooked the lamb rib chops on a cast-iron skillet that was heated on a grill. I recommend searing with grass fed butter and incorporate rosemary. After the lamb was cooked at a perfect medium rare temperature, I drizzled fresh raw honey and garnished with mint leaves. It was absolutely phenomenal and killed at the dinner party.

Fair prices for an outstanding product. Keep your dollar local, and support a small business that in turn supports its community.

I trust Connie and Mike to feed our family well. All meat and eggs are pasture-raised and supplemented with non-GMO feed the way animals were meant to be raised. We have tried their chicken, beef, pork, turkey, and lamb, and all have been well-butchered and delicious. If you want to try a new cut but don't know how to cook it, ask! They will tell you the best way. Their ham recipe is my Christmas Eve tradition now. And the kids love to count cows when they are there!

Wow is the only way to describe Tierra Verde Meats. The difference in taste between pasture feed beef & pork, and processed meat at the grocery store is amazing. You have to try the pork chops and ribeye steaks!!

Really cool little shop, very neat and orderly. Owners are super nice, knowledgable folks who raise their animals sustainably and responsibly. I source all my meat soley from their shop or from their farm stand at the Haymaker Farmers Market.

LOVE this place! My children can even tell when I've purchased meat from here because it is that much better than even the organic grocery stores. Exceptional quality and always great service!!
