Very polite over the phone, which for me is huge. Their beef is LOCAL which is amazing! Very clean spot. The guy who checked us out was helpful and made the overall experience a great one. We will most definitely be coming back for all of our meat needs.

We visit Steel Buffalo at least once a week. The selection of quality meats are abundant and their steaks are mouth watering. They have spoiled us that we don't buy a steak in a restaurant anymore because Steel Buffalo's quality is ALWAYS superior.

The Steel Buffalo Butchery is USDA Federally Inspected butchery. They process livestock & wild game and have a meat market on site. The Steel Buffalo is my new favorite for all my meat processing needs. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their packaging is best I have ever seen. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The only place I will take my Deer for processing. Very Clean, packaging is superb, great turnaround time. Large variety of cuts available for processing your wild game. Excellent selection of meats available for sale.

Great selection of local grass fed beef! Call ahead for prices, yes it more than the grocery store, but here you pay for quality!

My favorite deer processing facility. Been here several times in the past 2 years and I always have a solid experience: quick service, reasonable prices, good packaging, and great tasting meats (especially their burger/sausage mixes). The owners are also super friendly and know what they're doing.

Best deer processing around and super clean! Quick turnaround and the jerky and burgers are awesome! Real smoked jerky...not the dehydrator with too much liquid smoke variety. Just picked mine up and had some for breakfast! No other processor I've ever used even comes close! Great job guys, much appreciated!

Great place to get meat and to take your deer for processing. We love the fact that they carry Elk and Venison chops too. I’ve stopped buying meats at the grocery stores because the quality is so much better here.

Just found out about The Steel Buffalo Butchery and I am so glad I did. I bought a Tri-Tip roast, pork sausage patties and Spinach-Feta Brats. All three were awesome. I will now buy all my meat from them. Great job!!!

I received a side of beef processed by Steel Buffalo Butchery. The process was great and the meat all came vacuum sealed and cut beautifully. We have tried nearly all of the cuts and we are extremely satisfied. Will be using them again.

These guys are absolutely fantastic from dropping game off to picking it up!. They work their butts off day in and day out and I can’t thank them enough. I got my deer back with summer sausage,ground sausage and cube steak and they knocked it out of the park. DELICIOUS!!
