Bought 1/4 of a cow from Quincy, and man the quality is GREAT! Everything from the packaging, the cuts, the quality of the grass fed beef has done everything except disappointed. I will only plan to buy my beef from his farm for now on.
Just snagged a fresh bottle of their newest addition to the farm, seasoning. Tried it out on on both flank and skirt steaks cut fajita style and will definitely be keeping a container of this in my spice cabinet going forward. I think this particular blend will shine even brighter with heartier cuts of meat.
I purchased quite a bit of meat from The Smiling Farm! Ribeyes, filets, short ribs and ground beef. So far we’ve only been able to cook up a couple of ribeyes, but they were tender and delicious. If you e been buying meat from the large stores and wondering why it just doesn’t taste like it used to, this is your answer. I’m super excited to purchase brisket on the next opportunity in April. By the way, I live in Virginia and have purchased from a butcher here and a farm. From the delivery to the quality of the product, I give the experience a 10.
Absolutely the best seasoning you can get for your meat. Local grown grass fed organic beef. ***BEST DAMN STEAK IVE EVER HAD***
