Best cuts of meat around. The customer service is great. They will cut meats to your specifications and show you first, the make sure it is what you want. Saturday’s can be busy and if you don’t go early they will run out of things. The sausage is seasoned to perfection. Mild is my favorite but hot is good, too. As of this review, hours are: Closed Sunday and Monday Tuesday thru Friday 8a-5p Saturday 8a-noon.

ALL OUT AMAZING!!! I want to say how impressed I was when I inadvertently showed up when they were closed and a very nice young man came to the door. He was EXTREMELY helpful and called the owner "Bobby" I believe to ask him could I purchase some of that OH SO GOOD SAUSAGE they have... He came back a few minutes later and said "He said sure, that's fine!" Look folks, THATS customer service at its finest!! On both gentlemen parts... The kid didn't HAVE to answer the door but did it out of pure kindness and caring about his bosses customers!! Pretty awesome young man if ya ask me!! Thanks guys! I'll be back for sure soon! Greg

We have been purchasing sausage here for a couple years now. It is always fresh and tastes great. They are very friendly and helpful.

They still get 5 stars even for only taking cash. Fresh, amazing tasting bacon and sausage. Prices are less than Walmart brand meat and 10x the quality. They are really nice and helpful. The quality, taste, and service make up for the cash only.

Country sausage at it's best. Ground and seasoned at the shop. Family owned operation with friendly service. You can buy cheaper sausage....but pork shop sausage can only be bought there. My last store brand sausage found it's way to the garbage can. People who know about this drive for hours to buy a cooler full. Bacon is another well kept secret that you should try. My friend love/hates them both because his family makes him drive all the way from Nashville, Tn to buy them. Very Good!

So many good things to say! Inexpensive! Fresh! Selection! The pork chops are massive and delicious! Slab of ribs $10. Minute steaks. Tenderized pork tenderloin! Need I say more....

I drive 2 hours just to get their sausage. As good as any homemade that I’ve ever had. Store bought sausage doesn’t come close.

Always friendly. Best sausage ever. We buy often. Try mixing the hot and mild. Good stuff.
