I love this place. It is a genuine Gem for true met lovers. Old school butcher shop with really great cuts and prices. My Daughters know the taste of Wagyu beef and chose Australian over Japanese and American as the most flavorful. The persona of each butcher hating a smile and reviews is the best. I often get a crazy cut at a ridiculous price .super affordable and delicious. When your daughters chant Wagyu in the back as you ask them in they want steak for barbecue there is only one place to to. The meat wry!!

I have eaten at all the expensive steakhouses. I've paid huge sums of money for AUTHENTIC Japanese Waygu. These steaks are identical to what these places have in house. No exaggeration. And I'm not a paid shill. I'm just a customer. Happy to leave an honest review. It's hard to find a company that can import a great product. This place is so good! I bought what was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever cooked - Australian Wagyu, did a dry brine for a few hours and grilled to 120-130. 😙👌 They have a great selection of Japanese and Austrian Wagyu steak all at different price points. American prime cuts as well. They also have premium seafood, beef such as ground, pork cuts, and sausages. I’ll be back for sure! You will not be disappointed.

Loved the Australian Wagyu Picanha slice! Fantastic marbling and nice layer of fat. Cooks up very easily on a hot cast iron. The thinner cut made it easier to get a good cook/sear on the outside and consistent cook inside, i.e., not overly rare in the middle. Would definitely buy again.

First time here and I got some Fabulous cuts of meat! Can’t wait to grill them up! They were Very helpful and made some great recommendations! I Definitely will be back!

Scored a nice Australian Wagyu Tomahawk from The Meatery. The marbling was impressive. The flavor this piece of meat packed was something else. I was extremely happy with the ordering process and the extremely knowledgeable owner. He explained the difference between each Wagyu region and how the beef is graded in different parts of the world. I will definitely be back.
