Great jerky, thats all I have gotten.
It was our first time buying a steer from out of state. The butcher was very patient and walked us through all of our cut options. When we asked about getting less known cuts, he was actually happy to make cuts that he normally doesn't get the opportunity to make. The lady who helped us load it into our truck was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! We will be coming back.
I've had jerky and slim Jim's from everyone within 50 miles and they have the best.
