First time visiting Plant Street Market and my husband wanted to try the top-rated Paradise Burgers here. Naturally, I also wanted to try it! Meats, veggies, and poultry on display looked great. Jambalaya looked interesting. However, the burger was already on our craving radar. Well-done burger without tomato was ready in a few minutes and came with a side of bagged chips. Order was 100% correct, except they ran out of whole kosher pickles, so the substitute was 5 slices of sandwich pickles (darn). The burger was excellently made, tasted fresh, and not at all oily / fatty. Like the meat, the customer service was also grade A đź‘Ź When we return to the Winter Garden area, this would be our new go-to burger spot!
The Local Butcher and Market located inside Plant Street Market is great for dinner inspiration. Since I’m the one that plans/cooks most of the dinners in my household, I love to come here when I’m out of ideas. I can get protein and sides and take all the guesswork out of the question, what’s for dinner????? We’ve purchased a variety of steaks, pork chicken, and sides and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and informative and the quality of meats is fantastic. It’s a little pricier than the grocery store but worth it based on quality and taste.
The best Butcher in the area open 7 days a week and the they have bone marrow.
Excellent meat quality and friendly staff. We bought a whole brisket and it was a home run!! We are going soon for another one!!
Ordered a prime roast and suffice to say, this would be my first time cooking one. Picked up a couple of days later and the presentation was perfect. Wrapped, cut off the bone and tied. Owner gave me some tips on cooking the prime rib. The customer service is superb and the cuts of meat are plenty. Highly recommend the Local Butcher and Market. Now, pay attention to the pictures.

We had 2 trainwrecks and a flamingo sandwich and they were absolutely delicious! Meat so tender it melts! Just awesome!

The house marinade on the tenderloin tips is essentially flavorless. Not worth the money. Nothing wrong with the meat itself. Should’ve marinated tips myself.
