Ordered from Christy and her business for the first time recently and I am completely awed by her products!! I was able to make the richest, most delicious and gelatinous broth, and enjoy the leftovers. Bonus: Christy is just as amazing as what she offers. What a great local, family owned farm!! We've had their chicken and eggs, and pork. So delicious! Christy and her family are wonderful. I highly recommend checking them out!!
