Staff was great. Good selection of fresh products, we got apples but we haven’t tried them yet. We had a chocolate and a strawberry milkshake and they were the best! My wife had the BBQ sandwich and loved it. I had the Reuben and also loved mine. Our son played on the playground out back and had lots of fun. Overall a tremendous experience and we will be back!
Friendly folks, excellent local produce much of it growing on their farm behind the country store. Good variety of jams, jellies and the like. Fresh baked local sourdough bread, local Asian pears (huge). The only thing I left out were fresh dried beans, fresh nuts, ice cream and fresh deli sandwiches! Do not pass by if you want pretty local produce and other delicious treats!!
I come here for fresh vegetables like tomatoes, onions and squash. They have other vegetables as well . They also have bags of cornmeal, pancake mix and buckwheat pancake mix . There's also a little cafe in the new bldg (with tables ) where they make and sell sandwiches and other items. Great place and it's a nice drive out there on a pretty day. But not Mondays as they are closed!
Cute little country store full of jams and jellies, artisian soaps, and seasonal produce. Deli sandwiches and hand stopped ice cream from a local dairy. 3 of us stopped by for lunch, all ordering different items. Everything was Great! Definitely worth the visit..
Deli food was soo good, scenery was beautiful as we sat at picnic tables and ate. Cute little store, loved the dogs that came up to visit us.
Got a basket of strawberries, frozen chicken pie, vegetables and sourdough bread rolls! The strawberries were perfect. Out of the whole basket only two went in the trash. The sourdough rolls they sell are amazing and I’ve never been a fan of sourdough!
We stopped by for some lunch and found local produce, meat and eggs. Jellies and honey. Will def add to our weekly trips for groceries ❤️
Wonderful place to get fresh local produce that is so much more fresh and delicious than any grocery store! I live 20 minutes away, and I make it a point to visit every week to keep stocked up with fresh fruits and vegetables! Don't miss fresh strawberry season in May and June!
From Alabama, but was in town visiting family and stopped by on a whim. The strawberries were phenomenal - the best I've ever had !
For years, I was in the long drive through lines to buy strawberries every year. Then, Amy opened the Country Store, well first there were posts about it "coming soon." I was so excited! It is a grand Country store with a variety of hand made and other specialty items. These are besides the best deli sammiches, soups and ice cream she serves. The produce is their own or community grown and so much better than what sits in the grocery stores. The freezer/refrigerator is stocked full of stuff. Myself, I like the local beef and cheeses. I like that it's a family operation and I support local. Carolyn Dockey
