Love this butcher shop. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wanted to try cooking brisket on a rotisserie and they helped me pick it out, rolled it, and tied it up. I used their prime rib rub and served it with their house made BBQ sauce. It was freaking awesome. Thanks Corner Butcher. You guys are awesome!

This is my local Butcher... service is above and beyond friendly here. I usually come in on Sundays after watching the New England Patriot games in Pasadena (it's on my way home from Upland). The burgers are slap-happy good and during the Holidays you just need to stop in (or call) and order ahead for your Turkey, Prime Rib or Porchetta. The sides are delicious here as well... my favorites are: Twice Baked Potatoes Baked Beans Cranberry Chutney Gravy for the mashed potatoes Desserts are tasty too but call ahead and ask when they are first being put out so you can get them at their freshest. If I am making pasta dishes (casseroles or spaghetti) I'll make a special trip here to pick up sausage and ground beef. Make's all the difference in the world. TRUST ME. Great Beer and Wine selection here. Father's Day I am known to come in and purchase gift certificates and toss in a couple of their BBQ sauces. Speaking of BBQ sauce their homemade one is the BOMB! Respectfully Reviewed.

First time going in today, was super excited seeing all the seasoning and sauces lining the walls so I figured the food would be nice and seasoned…not the case got a burger and it was super dry and definitely had zero flavor. $14 for a super dry burger and tiny tiny side of potato salad that was also very unseasoned. They even left out one of our sandwiches, gave us our tiny side to go with it but no sandwich, lots of men behind the counter, maybe a miners touch would help with not forgetting items in peoples orders

Forgot how much I love this store! Meat, spices and seasonings, lovely lump charcoal to go in the big green egg, and some nice wood to smoke the meat! My taste buds are hankering for the smell of smoke and a tasty morsel. Forgot about their “Magic Dust” and Prime Rib Rub too!

Went in for a lunch and ordered over $150 worth of hot food as well as seasonings and cold produce. Get all the way home to realize they forgot one of our sandwiches they put the side for said sandwich in the bag but failed to give us the sandwich. We go back and the guy who packed our order has the nerve to tell us it wasn't written down, even though we had a conversation specifically about that sandwich and had to be told that it was written down.

Really nice shop! Cases look great as does the rest of the store. Really clean and well organized. Bought a pound of smoked tri-tip ...bright,fresh flavor with just the right edge of smoke. Full range of meat products fresh and frozen. Joe was a big help answering questions, running the slicer etc Drove from Redlands just to check The Corner Butcher Shop and will be going back regularly.

Dry and flavor less burgers ! Had all that seasoning and seems like they don’t use any. I’ve had better burgers at culvers. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I have never been disappointed! The selection is fantastic. The guys that work there are always so friendly and knowledgeable with the meats. Everything has been delicious. I got the Tomahawk cut to order today. It was perfection! Well worth it.

Make sure u check your bags before you leave. Spent 150 $ on three sandwiches, two baked potatoes and three asparagus with four drinks and had to come back and round up my brisket sandwich.

Grabbed a Prime Rib for Thanksgiving and I gotta say it was one of the best pieces of meat I’ve ever cooked. Extremely tender and juicy. Highly recommend them. The staff were extremely helpful.

The brisket sandwich and pastrami is a most try excellent in flavor and meats are so fresh come and try today this got my 5 stars . because they are the best.

After eating The Corner Butcher Shop at a luncheon, I purchased tri-tip and mac and cheese for Christmas Eve family dinner. The tri-tip was excellent and the mac and cheese very good. I recommend this business and will be visiting again.
