We made the trip,(1 hour) and felt it was well worth it! Everything we purchased has been excellent! We appreciate our farmers and are thankful we can buy local quality meat. Darren the owner is a crook. Not only did he lie and refused to refund my money that I paid more than the required deposit he then did not give me the meat that I paid for. He also insulted me trying to say its not his fault that I dont have a job and poor as well as being incompetent. Little does he know that I actually make really good money in the trucking industry. So I ordered a 1/2 cow and decided i didn't want to use him and tried to get my money back seeing as I paid more than the required deposit. He refused and said the animal was already killed but could lower me to a 1/4 beef to which I agreed. Was told 2-3 weeks for meat. I proceeded to wait 2 months without ever getting a phone call about it being ready. After almost 9 weeks I called to check and told OH its been ready for a week. Again was never called about it. So I go to pick it up and try to express my frustration with Darren the owner and he was completely unprofessional. He then tells me that ill either have to pay for the original 1/2 beef or get nothing at all as well as keep my money which I had paid a $750 deposit and they only require $200. After arguing with this guy for 30 mins he finally agrees to sell me the 1/4 beef to which I pay for the rest get it loaded and go home. Well I didn't get no where near a 1/4 beef. Around 45 lbs of hamburger. 8 steaks and none are t bones like I ordered and a few other roasts and bags of stew meat. So about a 1/8 of beef is what I got. And the steaks are super small and mostly fat. Darren is a crook and took food out of my family's mouths. So you've been warned about the type of business man this guy is. Ill never spend another penny at this business or let anyone I know go there.

Just popped in thought bacon sounded good. Bought bacon, 4 packs of brats and had an 8lb pork shoulder cut in half. The woman helping was nice enough. Not much of a selection in the cases though. Little disappointed in the respect. Smoked one of the halves and grilled 4 brats. The pork shoulder was a decent quality, not outstanding. The brats, which were pineapple, were less than average flavor. Underwhelming for sure. I had higher hopes. I spent a decent amount and was willing to spend more but had nothing to pick from. Hopefully things get better and maybe this feedback will help. One other note. The gentleman in the back that came out once, looked straight at me, didn't speak and was not very welcoming. Might change that. At this time, not Recommended-MVP

If you are looking for a Real farm to food store look no further this is an amazing little general store in Farmington that is full of organic products. I am so excited that I found them and I will be going nowhere else to get my meat they even offer a Azure standard drop, which is something that is hard to find an areas. I truly feel blessed that I found this little hidden gem.

This is honestly the coolest butcher shop and meat market I've ever been in! I bought some beef jerky - amazing. I'm in town on business, but their meat selection is beautiful and amazing - makes me want to move here!!!

Product quality and customer service are top notch. If you're still getting your beef at a big box store you're really missing out. Shop small, support local <3

I stopped by The Center Cut yesterday to pick up beef bones for stock. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted, but the butcher also stepped out to trade stock making tips with me. He suggested some ideas I hadn't thought of before. This is the kind of upscale butcher shop that the Farmington area has needed for a long time. I will definitely be visiting there often.

This is the best butcher shop I’ve been to. The owners are very kind and accommodating. My son has histamine intolerance. Most people won’t know what this is unless they have it themself, but basically, meat has to be very fresh and prepared a certain way so that it doesn’t build up histamines. It can’t sit out too long. If it’s not fresh enough, my son’s eczema flares and he gets really itchy. I explained to the owner and after slaughter, he cut it and froze it right away. Doesn’t get much fresher than that. My son loves it and didn’t have any reactions. I’d recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you have special dietary needs because they will work with you!

Very impressive. Excellent filets and burger. Can't get any fresher that this. We will be regulars for sure.

They say it's as good as Prime but it is not even close. At best the near is choice. Way over priced for such low quality meat.

I was there on 9-9-23 Great people, friendly, eager to assist. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting quality meats at a reasonable price.
