A playground of amazing meat & accoutrement for all of us foodie / amateur chefs! Tons of sides, veg, sauces, spices, toppings, tongs, temp gauges, and beverages, too. Meat counter with plain or pre-marinated options. Note that they are not processing the whole animal in house (so no parts & pieces for stocks or esoteric dishes)! I’ll be back!

Meat is very high quality. The Market area had everything from Lobster tails to Duck fat lol. So many cool spices to choose from. They even have merch. Full disclosure, you’re going to spend more per pound here than you would at Walmart Mart or Costco. But it’s worth it. No cap you can’t taste the difference. If spending a little more in order to get better quality is your shopping vibe. This place is legit

What an amazing, curated selection of goodies. Picked up a tritip to test the smoker, smoked andouille sausage, a few hot sauces, ... Great gift ideas for any house warming or host gift. Seriously, don't go in hungry. Or do. You've been warned.

I've been here twice. Each time, the customer service has been awesome. I've purchased the boneless chicken thighs today. The first time I came in, I was looking for cube steak. I called them up and asked if the could make it for me. And they did! Had it ready in less then an hour. I have not yet tasted the products, I've purchased, but I will have the cube steaks tomorrow and update the review. I'm very pleased with the customer service I've received on both occasions. The store is clean, and well organized. Job well done guys, you've earned yourself a customer. Provided the meat taste as good as the other reviews state.

I stopped in yesterday just to see what The Butcher's Market was all about. I kept seeing the commercial and decided to check it out. I was not expecting what I saw. They have everything imaginable to put exquisite, delicious meals together. The staff / butchers greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I was given a sample of the marinated beef tips to take home and try. I'm not really a steak person, so I wasn't too excited. I got home, heated some olive oil in a skillet and browned the tips on both sides. When I tell you it was the absolute best steak I've ever had in my life, you'd better believe it. Juicy, tender & soooo flavorful. I didn't need to add any extra seasoning either. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!

My wife and I ventured out to visit a new place. The Butchers Market of Wilmington. They had lots of variety like a small grocery store. I picked up Ancho Chili Lime Chicken Breasts and Garlic Buttered Corn on the Cob! My wife picked up some dry spices at a good price too! First time cooking corn on the cob in a sealed bag and it turned out great! The chicken was very tasty and very tender! We will be returning in the future!

We love all the local stuff when we go in. Everyone working is so kind! The owner came out and even spoke to us. he was informative and kind! It was a great experience and now I order take out from there!! I’m picking up my French dip as we speak 🤣💗. Thanks to all who work there !! …

Amazing service especially since it was Dec 23!!! They had a great system for picking up our order and our order came out quickly. All of the people were super nice and friendly. They had a great selection of specialty grocery items. They also had tons of sides ready to throw in the oven - highly recommend!

This market provides a great selection of various products. They have dips and spreads, salads, fresh produce and prepared meals and sides frozen and refrigerated vacuum packed. The butcher shop has pretty much anything you need.

Out of town from ohio and we wanted a great butcher shop.. meats* our standards. Great choices for steaks, prime ribeye was delicious!
